About

Fearless Hands is a hair salon in Hampton offering loc services, braiding for adults and children, natural hair styling and everyday hair care. The salon states its mission as giving each client a positive visit and building trust in how their hair is handled, so they leave feeling more confident. It describes its pricing as affordable.

Shampoo and conditioner are included with every service. Braid appointments and new-client loc appointments require a $25 deposit paid through Cash App, which is credited toward the final balance. Deposits are nonrefundable unless the stylist cancels, and a deposit can move once when an appointment is rescheduled. Braid bookings should list the desired length and size in the booking description box.

Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and a 15-minute grace period applies to arrivals; after that the appointment may be cancelled or moved. Same-day squeeze-ins carry a $30 fee when no openings are available. No-show clients cannot book future appointments, and visits are not refunded once the client has left the salon.

The loc menu covers retwists, starter locs, interlock, invisible locs, instant locs and loc extensions, along with detox, hydration and maintenance treatments. Braid styles include knotless, feed-in, stitch, cornrow and Fulani designs, and there are separate braid and loc options for children under 12. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The phone number is (757) 899-1427.

Built around a stated goal of positive visits and client trust, with loc and braid work described as suited to all hair types and ethnicities.
