Clients can book a free, optional consultation and patch test that takes about 30 minutes. A patch test has to be done at least 48 hours before a full set. Fills are scheduled by the week or by weeks since the last set, and on the 4-week fills at least 40 percent of extensions must remain; otherwise a full set is needed. Foreign fills are not accepted, and clients needing a removal before a full set should call the salon or plan around it.

Brow services include a brow tint that can last up to a week and an eyebrow lamination with tint, which takes about 90 minutes and is preceded by a consultation to confirm it suits you. Wax is not included in the lamination. The basic facial takes about an hour and includes steam, skin analysis, cleansing, extractions, a mask and facial massage. The deluxe package runs 90 minutes and adds scalp, neck, shoulder and arm massage.

Before a lash appointment, clients should arrive with clean lashes free of makeup and oil, and should avoid caffeinated drinks. Because the space is small, clients are asked to come alone. Call the salon on arrival and staff will let you know when to come in. There is a 15-minute grace period; later arrivals may get a shortened service or a rescheduled appointment. Changes and cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations, no-shows or rescheduling may incur a fee of 30 percent of the service price. Clients under 18 need a parent or legal guardian present to sign a consent waiver.

The studio is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday through Wednesday. A shared restroom is in the building, though it may not always be free on arrival. Clients can send questions to Fatima through a contact form on the website.
