Wig installs use a 13x4 or 13x6 transparent frontal or an HD frontal. According to the salon, an HD frontal is the best option for a wig install. Installs can be finished with soft curls, bone-straight flat-iron styling, or layers where needed. Frontal sew-ins and traditional sew-ins require three bundles, and clients tell their stylist whether they need a frontal or bundles for a frontal sew-in. Extra bundles for those services are added through the add-on tab.

Glueless wigs are put on and taken off without being sewn down, which makes them a lighter option on the menu. The wig has to be dropped off a week or three days before the appointment, and missing that deadline causes the appointment to be cancelled. Traditional sew-ins and sew-ins with a closure include a complimentary wash. Half-up half-down ponytail bond-ins are priced at $195 but the price varies, and half-up half-down sew-ins take about three hours and ten minutes.

Natural Beat is the makeup and lash service: a soft neutral lid, facial contour, natural lashes and a neutral lip, taking about an hour and twenty minutes for $75. Clients arrive with a freshly washed face and send their artist a photo of the look they want. Bridal up-dos are priced by consultation, so clients call the salon to book.
