The studio is open Monday to Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM and on Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM. It is closed Thursday through Saturday.

The brow menu starts with a simple brow wax and moves up through mapping, wax and tint bundles. The Defined Brow Bundle, which combines brow mapping, wax and tint, is described by the business as its most popular brow bundle. The Signature Brow Bundle adds lamination to that combination. Returning clients 3 to 6 weeks after a Signature Brow Bundle can book Brow Maintenance, which includes a hydrating brow mask along with mapping, wax and tint.

Waxing ranges from small areas such as the chin, lip, nose and sideburns to larger body areas, with single-area services and full-body bundles. Bikini and Brazilian waxes are offered in two levels: the bikini line only, with the labia not included, and the full bikini area front to back. Buttocks waxes cover the cheeks only. The Full Back Wax runs from the shoulders to just above the glutes. Curve Contour combines a Brazilian with a full buttocks wax, and Full Body Reset combines full back, stomach and chest waxing. Both bundles include a discount when booked together. The Ultimate Smooth Bundle includes a Brazilian, full stomach and full buttocks wax, with complimentary inner thighs and a HydroJelly mask.

Lash services include lash extension sets for new and returning clients, 2 and 3 week fills, lash removal and the Korean lash lift, which the business says typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks. Extension styles offered are Classic, YY, Wet Set, light volume and full volume, with wispy, color and glitter spikes available as add-ons at no charge.

Booking requires a 50% non-refundable retainer that goes toward the service total. The retainer is kept for same-day cancellations, cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead, and no-shows. Rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance through the booking link moves the retainer to the new appointment. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, after which a $10 fee applies plus $1 for each additional minute. Accepted payment methods are cash, tap-to-pay and card on file, with the remaining balance due at the visit. First-time clients complete digital intake and consent forms before the appointment and message the business with their full name and appointment time. Photos may be taken before and after service for documentation, and extra guests are not permitted unless approved in advance. Appointments outside business hours carry an extra fee based on time and service. Refunds are not guaranteed for service concerns, which should be raised within a reasonable time frame.
