FastDoc Urgent Care Frisco

FastDoc Urgent Care is locally owned and operated by its providers, who are founding partners with decades of emergency room and urgent care experience in the Dallas Metroplex. The founding partners worked together in an emergency department for 18 years before partnering at FastDoc, and have worked as partners at the clinic for 3 years. The Allen location is joined by a Frisco location that opened in July 2024.

Visits are walk-in, with no appointment needed. Pre-registration appointments are available for on-site and reference lab testing by calling the office. Before care begins, the clinic gives a screening and a quote for services. Clinicians can take on-site X-rays, and the clinic is accepting new patients at Allen according to Healow, which lists insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna, Humana, Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare and United Healthcare.

The clinic describes its team as having urgent care work backed by emergency room experience, with at least 15 years of emergency room experience among its team. Services cover treatment of orthopedic injuries from sprains through broken bones, laceration repair, wound care for non-healing wounds, infection treatment with antibiotics, antifungal and antiviral medications, and care for active COVID-19 infections. Overnight STD testing is also offered.

The clinic aims to offer a practical alternative to emergency room visits, with a screening and quote before any care begins.
