Prices vary by style and length and are listed as starting prices. Women's box and boho styles run from $140 to $250, and Senegalese twists start between $160 and $170. Cornrows start at $10 per braid, with simple styles at $60 and complex styles at $130, to be discussed. Men's services start at $40, and kids' knotless and box braids run from $120 to $180 depending on length.

Booking is done online through the salon's website. A non-refundable $40 deposit secures each appointment and is deducted from the service total. Walk-ins are taken when the schedule allows, though calling ahead to check availability is requested. Appointments can be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance through the confirmation email.

Clients get a 15-minute grace period. After that a $25 late fee applies, and arriving 30 or more minutes late carries a $50 fee, with appointments cancelled if the salon is not contacted about the delay. Anyone unhappy with a previous service has up to three days to raise a complaint. The balance is preferably paid in cash, with card and Zelle also accepted; card payments carry a 4% transaction fee and a $2.50 card fee charged on top of the total.
