The menu covers hands and feet, from classic and gel manicures and pedicures to acrylic, gel powder, liquid gel, dipping powder and Solar Pink and White enhancements, with separate lists for add-ons such as callus removal, paraffin and gel color. The pedicure menu is the most detailed part of the salon: spa pedicures built around a scent-led scrub, a mask and paraffin, and organic pedicures that add a longer massage and, in the tropical version, a hot stone massage. An extra five-minute hot stone massage can be added for $8. Swedish massage is also offered, for 30 minutes at $40 or 60 minutes at $75.

Waxing is listed for the face and body, from brows and lip to full face, underarms, legs and bikini. The salon says it uses the very best waxing products available, which is its own description rather than an independent claim. Combo pricing pairs a manicure with a pedicure, and children under 12 have their own manicure, pedicure and polish change prices.

Massage is tailored to each client based on what they say at the start of the session. Staff regularly take classes covering techniques, health and safety, and product knowledge.

Reusable nail tools are sanitized and disinfected in line with state regulations, and tools that cannot be disinfected are discarded or used once and handed to the client. Clients may bring their own tools, which the salon disinfects before use as state law requires.
