Extension work is the core of the business: bonded quick weaves, traditional and lace closure sew-ins, tape-in extensions and wig installs. Alongside these, the salon offers haircuts, relaxers, silk presses, color, keratin treatments and natural hair services such as shampoo, blowouts and curls.

Booking happens on the website or through the client portal. A non-refundable deposit or retainer is due at booking to secure the appointment, and any remaining balance is paid when the service is finished. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead carry no charge, while late cancellations are charged half the service price and no-shows are charged the full price. Consultations are $20 in person, and tape-in consultations are $1 and can be held by video call. Installment payments are available through Shop Pay, subject to a lender eligibility check, and cash is accepted only in extenuating circumstances.

For bridal parties, the website includes a bridal request form and an estimate calculator. The calculator lists hair services at $310 for up to five people at the salon and adds $250 for on-location bridal hair.

The salon also teaches. Online course topics listed as coming soon include lace work, cutting, wig making and microlink. A Fancy Rewards loyalty program lets clients earn points toward rewards, and the online store sells hair products and wig collections.

Consultations come before extension work so the stylist can review each client's hair and the look they want, and clients are asked to bring reference pictures.
