The salon says its aim is professional nail care, quality products, friendly customer service and a relaxing visit. Each service includes one complimentary drink, which can be red wine, a mimosa, orange juice, coffee, green tea or water. Alcoholic drinks are served to guests 21 and over with valid ID. The pedicure menu is built in tiers. The Signature Pedicure includes a warm foot soak, trimming and shaping, cuticle care and a hot stone massage. The Luxury Famous Spa adds an aromatic soak and a sugar scrub with a mask, and the Super Deluxe and Volcano Herbs pedicures are the most involved, with extended massage, butter or collagen lotion treatments, paraffin or cream masks, and a sea salt bath in the Volcano Herbs version. Gel and dip powder sets can be added to natural nails or built with extensions. The salon lists Dip Powder, Gel Builder, Gel X, Ombre, and Pink and White Solar options, and it offers custom nail art, seasonal styles, French tips and rhinestone accents. According to the salon's FAQ, gel manicures typically last two to three weeks and dip powder nails last three to four weeks, while acrylic nails generally need maintenance every two to four weeks depending on how fast the nails grow.

The Famous Dip Rewards program gives one stamp for each dip powder service. Ten stamps earn a free dip powder service up to $50 in value. On a reward visit, any amount above $50 is paid by the client, and rewards have no cash value. Groups for birthdays, bridal parties and other events can book in advance by contacting the salon.
