Gel services come with a five-day service warranty card, offered since December 2020. It covers accidental chips, scratches and peeling. If covered damage happens within five calendar days of service, the salon repairs the gel to its original color at no cost. Each card lists the technician, service date, gel color and type of gel service. A card is valid once per service, and the salon keeps discretion in honoring it.
