The salon is owned by Linda Ho, who also works as its master stylist. According to the salon, it has more than ten years of service and more than 5,000 clients. It is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Men's visits cover classic cuts, fades, tapers and modern styles, and every men's cut ends with a hot towel finish and styling product at no extra charge. Women's cuts start with a consultation and a shampoo and conditioning treatment, then finish with a blow-dry style, with precision cuts, layers, trims and styling available. Girls' cuts include braids, bobs and layers, with an optional clip or ribbon. Kids' cuts are done at a patient, gentle pace, and each child gets a treat after the cut.

Hair color covers full color, highlights, balayage, root touch-ups and gray coverage. Formulas are customized to each client's skin tone and personal style. The salon says its color services use premium products and advanced techniques. Wax hair removal is offered for brows, lips and other areas, using low-irritation formulas suited to sensitive skin, in a private and comfortable setting.

A free loyalty membership gives one complimentary haircut after every nine paid visits. Each person can hold one membership, punches never expire, and any haircut service counts toward it. Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. A stylist starts the card by beginning to track visits when you ask.

The salon's stated aim is to make good hair care affordable for every member of the family.
