Brow work is the core of the business. Microblading is a semi-permanent method in which a hand tool makes fine, hair-like strokes and pigment is placed under the skin. Microshading, also called powder or ombre brows, builds a shaded gradient look with a tattoo-style machine, and the business says it tends to last longer than microblading.

Microblading and microshading are completed over two visits. The first takes roughly two to three hours, and the second happens four to six weeks later and lasts one to two hours. Touch-ups are not scheduled until at least four weeks after the first session. A topical anesthetic is applied before the work and reapplied during it. Brows take about seven to fourteen days to heal, and the color takes about a month to settle fully. Clients with very high skin sensitivity are invited to do a pigment patch test five to seven days before the appointment. Clients under 18 are not suitable for the procedure.

Appointments are booked through Acuity Scheduler. A 25% deposit is taken at booking, goes toward the final payment, and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged $30. Clients who miss the 4-6 week follow-up window pay the regular touch-up price rather than the promotional rate. No refunds are given. Debit cards, credit cards and cash are accepted, but not checks.

The studio also teaches. Weekend microblading and microshading classes include one-on-one training: a one-day, eight-hour class covering three microblading techniques, and a two-day class covering six microblading and shading techniques. Students bring a live model and receive a certification at the end of the class. Class bookings should be made at least two weeks ahead, with the remaining class payment due when class starts.

The business describes a goal of matching clients' outer beauty with their inner beauty, built on listening to each client's needs and ongoing education in beauty techniques. Equipment is sterilized, new blades are used for each client, and work is done in a sanitized setting.
