Beyond braiding, the salon offers color services such as semi-demi color, full color, partial highlights, full highlights and caramelizing, which blends two shades. Hair treatments include silk presses, keratin treatments, scalp treatments, shampoo styling and curl shampoo. Clients can also book loc retwists, micro locs and a loc detox, as well as relaxer retouches and combined relaxer and color retouches.
Kids have their own section, with styling and feed-in styles for ages 8 to 12 and a knotless braid package for the same age group. Multi-visit packages are available for silk presses, the Refresher series of root touch-ups, and kids' knotless braids.
Booking requires attention to a few details. Braid appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours ahead, and the salon asks that hair color be stated in the booking notes or sent by text. Deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred. Each appointment allows a 20-minute grace period before a late fee applies. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Consultations are offered in person or by Zoom, with the link sent by text or email on the day.
