Full sets and mega volume appointments begin with a consultation on arrival. Lash maps are tailored to the look a client wants and the condition of their natural lashes, and curled options can be requested during that consultation. Styles include Wet Set, Light Volume, Volume and Mega Volume, and Color Matching is also offered.

For clients who want a lighter option for their natural lashes, the Korean Lash Lift is described as lifting, curling and strengthening them, with results the business says last six to eight weeks. Clients who would rather not travel can book the in-home extension service, and a first visit package is offered for new clients.

Lash Model appointments are requested online and confirmed by email. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead, and services are non-refundable. A no-call, no-show appointment is canceled and the deposit is forfeited. Arriving more than 15 minutes late brings a $20 late fee, if the appointment can still be fitted in. Children are not permitted at appointments. Refills are done 12 to 21 days after a full set, when at least 40% to 50% of the extensions remain, and a Mini Fill is available only up to 7 days after a set.

Staff speak English and Spanish. Payment can be made with cash, debit card, Zelle or Apple Pay. eGift cards are sold in amounts from $25 to $200 or a custom amount and expire 12 months after purchase. A loyalty program card is replaced up to twice a month if lost, and punches restart on the new card.

The studio aims to create a safe space and to enhance each client's beauty, with a strong focus on customer service.
