Every hair service starts with a free consultation, and services are personalized to each client's hair type and lifestyle. Stylists blow dry and style hair as part of the appointment, then show clients how to recreate the look at home and suggest home hair care. Signature shampoo services include a head massage. Shampoo and conditioner are chosen to suit each guest's hair. First-time clients are asked to have a consultation before vivid or pastel color services.

Stylists work on a level system from Level 1 to Level 4, and each stylist has their own pricing level. The listed prices are estimated starting prices for a Level 1 stylist, and they can rise with hair length, hair density or the amount of extra product needed. Services valued at $125 or more require a 25% deposit at booking, applied to the service total. Cancellations of all services need 24 hours' notice, and gratuities are not included in the price.

Appointments are booked through the salon's online booking page, and walk-ins are welcome. Special requests are available.
