The lash menu is organized by style. Hybrid and light volume sets are lightweight, angel sets are soft and feathered, and wet sets use closed volume fans for defined, glossy spikes. Anime sets add intentional spikes and structured placement for a doll-like look, while volume and mega volume sets come in regular or wispy styles. Designer sets are built from a blend of curls, lengths, textures, diameters and styling techniques, including specialty curls such as L, M, UB and UC, and are offered in airy or full versions.
The salon offers makeup in two versions. Softer Glam keeps the look natural: a natural complexion, soft brows, light contour, blush, light lashes and a soft lip, with no eyeshadow. Signature Soft Glam is fuller, adding highlight and contour, brow enhancement, blush, soft neutral eyeshadow, strip lashes, and lip liner paired with lipstick or gloss. Makeup is done at the Arlington studio, or clients can book a travel appointment. The $75 travel charge is built into the service price and covers the first 15 miles from the studio. Driving beyond 15 miles costs $1 per mile, billed separately and due at least 24 hours before the appointment. Travel bookings need to be made at least one hour before the requested makeup start time.
Lash booking follows fill rules. A full set is needed for new extensions or after more than 21 days since the last visit. Mini fills are for maintenance within 4 to 10 days of the previous appointment, and refills cover 11 to 21 days. A fill requires at least 40 percent of extensions to remain on each eye, and foreign fills are offered for hybrid, volume and mega volume sets applied by another artist, with at least 50 percent retention and subject to assessment. Jumpstart packages include one full set plus unlimited refills for 30 days, and unlimited fills packages and monthly memberships are also available. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking on the services page, and membership benefits apply at in-store checkout.
The studio also offers advanced training for lash artists. Take It Up a Notch is a private one-on-one styling course for experienced artists, including an advanced styling kit, manual, live model practice, a certificate of completion and continued support afterward. The Lash Skill Refinement Session is a shorter private coaching session for previously trained artists and does not cover wispy, angel, anime, wet or textured styling.
