Owner Douglas leads the studio. Color services are grouped under Color and Color Alchemy, with options from an Express Gloss through to a Full Custom Color that includes balayage and dimensional color. Transformational Color is a longer, multi-hour service that starts with a complimentary consultation, which is not bookable online. Color prices depend on hair length and density, and Transformational Color is charged by the hour: $110 per hour up to five hours, then $85 per hour for sessions that run longer.

The Hair menu covers buzz cuts, beard trims, bang trims, skin tapers and fades, short and long cuts, and blowouts with an optional hot iron finish. Ritual services combine a three-card tarot pull with a wash, massage, cut and styling. The Quick Pull is a recorded digital tarot reading delivered within 48 hours, and The Insight Session is an in-person three-card reading with no hair service required.

Deposits are $50 for appointments totaling $100 or more and are applied to the final balance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged 75 percent of the booked service, and same-day cancellations are charged in full. Early arrivals can wait in the common area, and late arrivals may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment. The studio accepts cash, cards, Afterpay, Affirm and Klarna, and offers Buy Now, Pay Later in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
