The customized facial runs 50 minutes and is shaped around each client's skin and goals. It can address anti-aging, hyperpigmentation, acne, sun damage, inflammation, hydration and sensitivity. Facial treatments finish with targeted skincare products chosen for the client's skin.

New clients can start with a first-visit facial tailored to their skin. It covers a skin analysis, a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when they're needed, a custom mask, and a massage of the neck, shoulders or scalp. Teens have their own facial aimed at breakouts, congestion, excess oil, sensitivity and uneven texture. For those appointments, a parent or legal guardian who is 18 or older needs to be there.

Shorter options include a 25-minute mini facial with a quick skin analysis and soothing mask, which does not include extractions, and a 35-minute express dermaplane. A 40-minute back facial covers the back with the same core steps as a customized facial. Add-ons such as LED light therapy, BT-Micro ultrasonic treatment, ice globes and dermaplaning can be added to customized facials.

Waxing is available for eyebrows, lip, chin, the full face and underarms, and most facial waxes can be booked alone or added to a facial. Deposits are required on bookings, cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 4:30 PM to 9 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 2 PM, Thursday 4:30 PM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, and closed Sunday.

Each facial is customized to the individual client's skin, with add-ons offered only where they suit the skin.
