Alicia Goungo founded Facialology in 2020 with the goal of making high-performance, organic skincare treatments more affordable. The business says its treatments use organic products and techniques comparable to those found at high-end celebrity establishments.

The menu runs from a 30-minute strawberry facial for children 10 and under and a teen facial with skincare tips, through adult facials for glow, acne-prone skin, pigmentation, collagen support and polishing, up to longer peels and resurfacing treatments. A separate Hydrafacial line ranges from the Signature treatment to a Keravive scalp treatment, with the Works, Ultimate Fire and Ice, and Ultimate JLo versions in between. Enhancements such as LED light therapy, microcurrent, radio frequency and microdermabrasion can be added to most visits, and facial add-ons or upgrades can be added at the appointment for the price difference.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 10AM to 7PM, Friday 10AM to 5PM and Saturday 10AM to 3PM, with Sunday and Monday closed. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early to fill out paperwork. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice are marked as cancellations, and late arrivals may not receive extra time for the booked service. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by leaving a message through the website, and group rates and partnerships are handled through the contact form.

Facialology also sells a collection of prestige skincare brands that is delivered to customers.
