Facials are the core of the menu. The European facial includes a skin analysis, exfoliation, extraction, a personalized mask and an anti-stress massage for the face and neck. The acne facial centers on extraction, disinfection and treating congested skin that breaks out, and a separate severe acne facial is offered. A glycolic acid facial uses papaya and pineapple fruit enzymes to soften clogged pores before extractions. A gentlemen's facial covers deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and a cooling mask, and it also addresses shaving irritation.

The salon also offers specialized treatments on 90-minute appointments. These include a 20 HZ PRO session using a patented device that delivers acoustic resonance at 20 Hz, which the salon lists for face slimming, scalp and face massage, product penetration, lymphatic drainage and reducing inflammation. Other options are an ASA fruit-acid peel, a brightening treatment, a snow whitening treatment built on Alpha Arbutin, a microdermabrasion facial, a hydro facial focused on tightening, a lymphatic drainage and skin tightening session, and a deep wrinkle treatment.

Shiseido products are available in the facials on request, and the salon also offers Shiseido-based treatments, including Synactif and Future Solution (Yutaka) options that are priced separately. Body treatments include a back treatment with deep cleansing, steam, gentle extraction and a mask. Eye treatments can be added to another service or booked alone and use a small ultrasonic device.

Waxing and threading cover the face, lips and chin, eyebrows, underarms, arms and legs. Appointments can be booked by phone or email at 415.664.5763. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early and to let the salon know if they are running late. Rescheduling or cancelling needs 24 hours' notice. Packages of five or ten facials are sold at a discount and must be used within 12 months; package purchases are not refundable or exchangeable. Disposable items such as sponges, tissues and gloves are never reused between clients. The salon states that its esthetician staff are all licensed.

According to the salon, every treatment is done in the salon with high-quality products selected to suit each client's skin type. Several treatments are built around named methods such as extraction, peels and ultrasonic or acoustic devices.
