Facial Concierge

Facial Concierge operates inside Hue Salon at 40 N. Forest Rd in Williamsville. Eva owns the practice and works as its esthetician. The business describes its facials as high-end, and every service on its menu is a facial.

The menu ranges from Quick Glow Up, a 30-minute facial aimed at specific concerns, to longer sessions. Dermaplaning Glow Facial (45 minutes) is a non-invasive treatment that exfoliates and removes dead skin cells. Zen Facial (45 minutes) is a calming facial with gentle, soothing products and no extractions or stimulating products. Renew & Restore (60 minutes) is personalized and combines deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, extractions, a soothing mask and massage. Integrated Facelift Ritual (60 minutes) uses myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and buccal massage. Ultimate Indulgence (90 minutes) includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, facial and scalp massage, and tailored masks. Red Carpet Facial (90 minutes) is an anti-aging treatment built on carboxy CO2 gel, a peptide mask, a sculpting massage and a serum; the business presents it as a non-invasive alternative to a surgical facelift and claims its peptide mask produces a botox-like effect.

Groups of three or more can book at-home facials, or a Party Facial customized from the menu by contacting the business. At-home visits need an open space, preferably on the first floor or outdoors if the weather allows, plus access to an electrical outlet. Estheticians allow about 15 minutes to set up after arrival and about 15 minutes to pack up afterward. The esthetician decides how often a client should return, based on their skin concerns. Hours are Wednesday 3 to 8 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 4 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 1 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 2 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

Each facial is matched to the client's skin concerns, and the esthetician sets the treatment schedule that suits them.
