The owner is a licensed esthetician and cosmetologist with more than 13 years of experience in skincare, and is certified in Pranic Healing and aromatherapy. The stated mission is to offer skincare that blends nature and science, with a focus on quality that stays affordable and accessible. Facials are customized to each client rather than following one routine, and treatments use DBH and doTERRA products.
The menu covers several areas. Body services include a hot stone aromatherapy massage and a sauna blanket session. Facials span a short express treatment, a teen facial, dermaplaning, enzyme peels, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microcurrent, LED light, high frequency for acne-prone skin, and nano needling. There is also a vajacial, hair treatment with a hair growth wand, a classic manicure, and waxing.
Policies are firm. A deposit is required to book and is non-refundable. Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours notice, and later changes forfeit the deposit. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for late arrival; after that the appointment is canceled and 10 minutes is taken off the treatment. A 50% payment is required to reserve a new time after a no-show. Clients who are unwell should reschedule within 48 hours. All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges.
Facials are customized to each client, since the business does not treat facials as one size fits all.
