Facesology was founded by Candy Torres, who became a licensed full specialist in Florida before opening the spa. The business operates under a Massage Establishment License and describes itself as a luxurious day spa, with a goal of offering a calm space where clients can ease stress and recharge.

Visits are by appointment only, booked online or by calling 813-278-8834. The spa is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 3pm, and it is closed on Sundays. A consultation fee is required to reserve an appointment and is applied toward the total at the visit. Services can be adjusted to each client's skin type and concerns, and all facial services are offered to any gender.

It starts with a 50-minute Start Glowing facial at $99, which uses enzyme cleansing and steam for dullness, congestion and dryness, and runs through options aimed at teens, acne, sensitive skin, oxygen treatments and a men's facial that addresses razor burn and rough texture. Chemical peels include a glycolic peel for aging skin and fine lines, a kojic acid peel for pigmentation including sun spots and melasma, and a blend of lactic and salicylic acids with resorcinol for a stronger option. Microdermabrasion uses a diamond-tipped tool, hydradermabrasion uses a patented hydrafacial wand, and microneedling begins with a skin evaluation to confirm suitability. A 90-minute Facesology Custom Facial begins with a skin analysis by a skin care professional to choose the treatment.

Body services include body scrub, a back facial, a vajacial, body contouring described as a non-surgical cosmetic procedure, and an infrared sauna blanket. Massage options range from relaxation-focused Serenity sessions to therapeutic, sports, deep tissue, hot stone and lymphatic drainage work, with a Mom to be Massage that is not recommended in the first trimester or for high-risk pregnancies without doctor approval. Waxing uses hard or soft wax across the face, arms, legs, underarms and body.

Brow and lash services include brow lamination, brow tinting in semi-permanent or henna, brow waxing and tweezing, lash tinting, and lash lifts with or without tint. Brow services begin with a consultation to choose the service, shape and color.

Nail services include classic, Indulgence, Collagen, Piña Colada and Luxury Detox manicures and pedicures, along with add-ons such as gel upgrades, gel removal and foot treatments. The spa describes its nail treatments as all natural and organic and friendly for all ages. It does not remove acrylic, hard gel or dip powder nails and does not offer hard gel removal.

Spa day packages combine services such as a Serenity Massage with a Start Glowing facial, or a Therapeutic Massage with an Anti-Aging facial, and include gratuity and a complimentary drink. Facesology Academy offers training for licensed estheticians in advanced techniques, client psychology and pricing, with personalized supervision and a non-refundable $200 deposit for a 5-hour session.

The spa aims to help clients feel comfortable with themselves and feel beauty inside and out, and it treats self-care as a regular part of well-being. Treatments are customized to each client's skin type and concerns.
