Treatments are offered to women only, and the studio works by appointment; walk-ins are not taken.

Hair is pulled out in the direction it grows, which the studio says causes less irritation than removing it against the grain. For the best results, hair should be at least 1/8 inch long, though removal is possible from 1/16 inch. Clients are asked to stop shaving 7 to 10 days before the visit and to arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotions or oils. Hair typically takes 2 to 3 weeks to return, and the studio suggests rebooking every 2 to 4 weeks for face, brows and underarms, every 3 to 6 weeks for bikini, and every 4 to 6 weeks for legs and arms. A full face session, with brows, cheeks, nose, lips, chin and lower neck, takes about an hour, and a leg service takes about 1 hour 15 minutes.

Body services cover underarms, arms, half arms, backs, glutes, stomach, several bikini options, Brazilian and maintenance Brazilian, and legs. Full Brazilian starts at $68 and Brazilian maintenance at $58. Maintenance Brazilian is for growth of 4 to 6 weeks; clients whose hair has grown longer are charged the full Brazilian and underarm price instead.

Before a visit, the studio advises against sugaring within 6 months of taking Accutane and asks clients to wait at least a week after using a topical retinol on the area. After a treatment, clients should not touch the area and should skip creams, oils, swimming, saunas, tanning and intense workouts for 24 hours, then wait 2 to 3 days before exfoliating (4 to 5 days for face and underarm). Clients who are menstruating must use a tampon during the session. Cancellations need at least 6 hours' notice to avoid a charge of 30 percent of the appointment price. Booking is online through the studio's booking page, and eGift cards are available in $20, $25, $35, $50 or a custom amount.

Sugaring relies on a short list of simple ingredients and a gentle technique, with hair removed in the direction of growth to limit irritation.
