The studio pairs in-office skin treatments with integrative whole-health coaching and ongoing skin coaching, so each client gets a personal plan that covers both professional treatments and the products to use at home.

The menu is organized into facials, peels, add-ons, consultations and memberships. Facials include the HydraFacial MD, DiamondGlow, Intraceuticals Oxygen, iS Clinical Fire and Ice, Nano Facial, KERAVIVE for the scalp and hair, BIOREPEEL, and the studio's own VitalLift and Ultimate Skin-Fit Facial. Peels include Apeele, iS Clinical Prodigy Peel and the REVPEEL Enlighten Depigmentation Peel, which contains hydroquinone. Add-ons can be paired with a facial: dermaplaning, Celluma LED light therapy, a lymphatic drainage and buccal sculpting massage, and OXYDOME hyperbaric oxygen.

New clients who are unsure what to book can choose a two-hour New Client Consultation with Treatment, which includes an in-person skin assessment. A virtual skin and product consultation is also available. For that option, clients complete an intake form and send makeup-free skin photos and product photos ahead of time, then communicate by text with the skin coach.

Memberships include a 75-minute facial each month or quarter that combines three treatments, along with discounts on products, additional facials and brows, and savings on the membership facial. Booking policies: cancellations more than 24 hours ahead carry no charge, cancellations under 24 hours carry a 50% charge, and no-shows are charged in full. A $100 non-refundable deposit is taken at booking. Clients who book and pay for four Ultimate Skin-Fit Facials within one calendar year earn a free facial, which expires 90 days after it is earned.

The studio's product shop carries Epicutis, Hydrinity, Anfisa, SIV, Alastin and TOME skincare, plus supplements, with free drop shipping to the client's door. According to the business, its Google reviews average 5.0 from 53 reviews.
