The facial menu is built around a consultation-first approach. Each facial lasts about an hour and starts with a skin analysis so the treatment can match the client's skin type. Every facial includes a massage of the shoulders, neck, scalp, face, arms and hands, along with warm towels, steam, extractions and an eye cream. A half-hour facial with a cleansing and hydrating mask is also offered. Add-ons such as a NuFace microcurrent treatment, a facial cupping treatment, an eye treatment mask, and lip, neck and hand treatments can be paired with a facial. A Back Treatment is a one-hour facial for the back.

The studio's own skin care line, Ocean Essentials, was created by Carrie and is used in every facial. It is also sold at the boutique. The line is organized around anti-aging, dry and combination skin, oily and acne-prone skin, and body care, and the business describes the products as hypo-allergenic and not tested on animals.

Makeup work is a major part of the business. Services include in-studio and on-location makeup for brides, bridal parties, trials and special events, with on-location applications carrying a $25 fee per application and travel fees that may apply outside Rockland County. Makeup is applied with an airbrush foundation, and the business says applications are meant to last all day without a heavy feel. A hands-on makeup lesson includes a personalized face chart, and a free makeup consultation is offered with a makeup purchase of $100 or more.

Waxing and brow services round out the menu. Facial waxing uses a honey and aloe wax, and eyebrow shaping combines waxing and tweezing. Individual lash application is also offered. The studio hosts events including Beauty Boot Camp and Ladies Night Out, and private spa parties can be booked at the studio. The studio is described as calm, whimsical and private.
