About

Facelogic Upland is part of Facelogic, which the site says operates 16 locations in 12 states. The spa says it has helped clients build skincare routines for more than 18 years. It states that it received Top Spa awards in 2008 and 2009 and was named 2017 Spa of the Year by Image Skincare. The home page shows a 4.8 rating from 55 reviews. The spa describes itself as a trusted facial spa where treatments are tailored to skin type, concerns and goals.

Every visit starts with a skin analysis and a conversation about what the guest wants from their skin. Treatments are chosen and adjusted to match that skin type and those goals, and the estheticians give guests tips for caring for their skin at home after each appointment. The spa says its services are administered by licensed skincare professionals. A client quoted on the site describes the spa as clean and says the atmosphere is good.

The menu runs from introductory and teen facials to Signature and Deluxe HydraFacials, with Epicutis and Eminence facials, Image Skincare lifts, and Procell Microchanneling. Dermaplaning, BioRePeel, microchanneling, hand rejuvenation, lymphatic drainage and PERK lip and eye treatments can be added to many services. Guests can buy skincare retail online or in the spa. First-time guests receive member pricing on any facial, and member discounts also apply to brow designs and waxing.

Reservations are secured with a credit or debit card. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and a no-show is charged the full cost. Gratuities are not included and are up to the guest. Cell phone use is not permitted beyond the reception area, and children are asked to stay home. A guest may bring a friend for a facial if it is booked in advance, but waiting in the lobby during a facial is not allowed. Late arrivals may receive a shorter treatment if the schedule is full. For microdermabrasion, chemical peels or waxing, clients are asked to stop retinoids or alpha hydroxy acids three days beforehand. The spa also advises against facials shortly after recent Botox, fillers, sunburn, canker sores or laser treatment on the area, and asks clients to call ahead if they have a cold, fever, blisters or cold sores.

Facials are tailored to each guest's skin type, concerns and goals, beginning with a skin analysis. Estheticians follow up with at-home care tips after treatments.
