A visit usually starts with a skin consultation, a 30-minute session with an esthetician that costs $25 and can be applied to a same-day product or service. It includes a double cleanse and skin analysis under a magnifying lamp, a review of lifestyle, medical history, and concerns such as acne, pigmentation, sensitivity or aging, and then a customized plan with skincare routine and product guidance. The Signature Facial is a 50-minute treatment with skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extraction, a mask, and a massage of the neck, head, arms and shoulders, with extractions included in every 50-minute facial. The spa recommends monthly facials, since the outer layer of skin renews roughly every 28 days. New chemical peel clients typically begin with a Vitamin C enzyme peel before stronger peels.
The facial menu includes Acne, Anti-Aging, Organic and Elite facials, a HydraFacial described as a vortex-fusion treatment for cleansing, exfoliating and hydrating, and Circadia Oxygen RX treatments. The Elite Facial adds premium cosmeceutical products to the Signature Facial steps and uses the Eminence Organics Eight Greens line, which the site says is designed for hormonal imbalance skin. Advanced options include chemical peels in light, medium and deep depths, named as Acne Lift, Wrinkle Lift and Perfection Lift, plus enzyme peels, an anti-aging LED treatment, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, Dermafile and high frequency. Microneedling is offered for lips, neck, neck and decollete, hands and the full face, and nano-needling is also listed.
Beauty and body services include lash tinting, brow tinting, lash and brow tinting together, brow lamination, and face and body waxing for brows, lip and chin, underarms, bikini, Brazilian, arms, legs, and chest or back. Airbrush tanning is shaped to the contours of the body in light, medium or dark shades, using South Seas Tahitian Tan Mist, and appointments run about 15 minutes. SMYLExo teeth whitening takes about 20 minutes and uses LED light; the spa states its SMYLExo products are FDA approved. Memberships are available with member pricing on all services, and the site says a membership can provide up to $1,360 of free services. Gift cards start at $50.
Policies: cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice carry a $25 fee. Clients more than 15 minutes late may not receive services, and airbrush tan appointments have a 5-minute late window. Clients should stop retinol or retin-A products at least 72 hours before microdermabrasion, dermaplaning or microneedling. Peels, high frequency and microneedling are advised against during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or when trying to conceive. Teens from age 13 may receive a facial with a parent's consent. Waxing requires hair at least 1/4 inch long. Hours are 10AM to 7PM on Tuesday and Friday, 10AM to 8PM on Wednesday and Thursday, 9AM to 7PM on Saturday, 12PM to 6PM on Sunday, and the spa is closed on Mondays.
