Visits begin with a conversation about the client's skin concerns, and the treatment is chosen at the appointment rather than fixed in advance. Products and techniques are selected with the client's skin tone, sensitivity and treatment history in mind. The studio describes its treatments as clinically formulated and designed for every skin tone.

New clients can start with a $49 skin consultation, which is credited toward their first service. The Reset Facial can be booked without a separate consultation. Peel services require a pre-treatment consultation, and aftercare instructions and SPF guidance are provided with them.

Laser hair removal is booked per session, and first-time laser clients can take a free 15-minute consultation. The studio's laser page notes that each treatment removes roughly 10 to 15 percent of hair and that several sessions are needed. Packages, memberships and gift cards are also available for clients who return regularly.

Treatments are tailored at the appointment to each client's skin concerns, tone, sensitivity and history, with products and methods chosen to match.
