The spa aims to be a safe place where clients feel confident, comforted and cared for. It welcomes all skin types and all bodies, including men and people going through cancer treatment or recovery. Twenty percent of every paid service helps fund complimentary treatments for cancer patients. Donations can be sent by Zelle, with no fees charged to the nonprofit, or by mailed check, and they fund restorative spa treatments such as specialized facials and wellness support.

Facials range from a 30-minute Express Facial to a 2-hour Resonance Facial Revival that includes face, neck, arm, hand, scalp and foot massage, dermaplaning or microdermabrasion, and eye and lip treatments. The 60- and 90-minute Sound Bath Facials use crystal bowls, tuning forks and quartz triangles, and the 90-minute version can add microcurrent, jet plasma or LED at no extra cost. Full Spectrum Revival is a 2-hour 30-minute head-to-toe service that combines a customized facial, Japanese headspa, foot spa, sound healing, aromatherapy, temperature therapy and extended massage.

Advanced treatments include Microneedling Elevated, which is done with professional numbing cream, Plasma Fibroblast for non-surgical skin tightening, RF treatment for skin tags and similar lesions, and a targeted resurfacing and brightening treatment. Several of these cannot be combined with a facial. A $25 consultation, in person or by Zoom, is required before advanced services but not before regular facials, and the fee can be applied to later services or products.

Revival Memberships offer a monthly Face the Fight experience with member perks. The Ladies Smooth Club and Gents Smooth Club include one Brazilian wax every six weeks for $35 and $49 a month. The business sells skincare the founder selects, plus gift cards. Products ship within 5 business days, and unopened or lightly used items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days under its policy. The spa is open Monday through Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The salon blends holistic practices, including sound healing, aromatherapy, heat-based therapy and feng shui, with advanced skin treatments. Its focus is care for people facing cancer.
