Wedding work is a major focus. The bride's package at $380 includes a one-time bridal makeup trial, a deposit and wedding day makeup. The trial is $95, due at the appointment; if the trial does not lead to a booking, the $125 event makeup fee applies instead. The bridal deposit of $85 secures the wedding date, is due on the trial day or before, and is non-refundable. A contract with further details is sent once the date is secured. Bridesmaids and family members, including mothers of the bride or groom, have their own wedding makeup pricing at $125 each.

Brides receive discounts on several services. Engagement photo, bridal shower or bachelorette makeup is $100 instead of $125 and can be used for more than one occasion. A custom facial is $185 instead of $200, and is recommended at least monthly or between micro sessions. A luxury facial with microdermabrasion or organic peel is $200 instead of $250, and is recommended every other month and during the week of the wedding. Waxing for wedding preparation has a bride discount, with the price still to be determined. Wedding day makeup costs $200, due before services begin or during the week before the wedding.

Appointments are requested through an online booking form, and the studio contacts clients afterward to confirm. Facials and treatments are customized at the time of service and discussed during the appointment. For parties of five or more, an assistant is charged at $200 extra; without one, an earlier start time is needed so everyone can get ready on time. A $50 travel charge applies when the trial, wedding or reception is more than 25 miles outside the studio, and $2 per mile applies beyond 30 miles. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice carries a $75 fee or 50% of treatments over $150, a policy in effect since January 1, 2018 that also covers a second rescheduling of the same appointment.
