A $150 deposit is taken at booking and applied to the treatment cost. Treatment prices are not posted; they depend on the areas treated, the number of units and the product chosen, and are set at consultation. Each treatment includes a private consultation in the client's space, a customized plan, the injection, post-care instructions and follow-up support, with an optional check-in 10 to 14 days later. Neurotoxin injections take about 10 to 20 minutes. According to the site, approximate costs per treatment are $400 to $500 for BOTOX and $600 to $800 for Daxxify. Clients can view a private photo gallery when booking a consultation.
Neurotoxin options are BOTOX, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify. Therapeutic neurotoxin treatment is offered for pain, muscle disorders and orofacial functional disorders. Fillers are hyaluronic acid gels from the Juvederm, Restylane and RHA families, and the products used are described as FDA-approved; hyaluronidase is available to dissolve filler if needed. PDO lift threads are offered as a non-surgical option for mild to moderate sagging, placed under local anesthesia with thin cannulas over about 45 to 90 minutes, with no incisions and no general anesthesia. Neurotoxin treatments are not recommended for people with neuromuscular disorders, botulinum toxin allergies, people who are pregnant or nursing, or those with active infections at the treatment site. Filler treatments are not recommended for people with severe allergies, active skin infections, bleeding disorders, or who are pregnant or nursing. Thread treatments are not recommended for active infections, autoimmune disorders affecting healing, or blood clotting disorders.
The Petal Program is the loyalty program. Members earn 1 petal per dollar on treatments and products, with higher earn rates in the Full Bloom and Golden Circle tiers, which are based on rolling annual spending. Petals do not expire, can be gifted, and 100 petals can be redeemed for $10 off. Financing is available through Cherry, with payment plans, 0% APR options and a soft credit check.
Dr. Powell favors conservative placement aimed at natural, balanced results that bring out existing features rather than change them. Ultrasound-guided technique with real-time imaging is used to view muscles, nerves and blood vessels during injections and thread treatments.
