Dermaculture's iDerm process dates back to 1937, when the company was founded by Dr. Paul Meminger, and the iDerm Facial remains the signature treatment today.

The business brought its clinic expertise to New York City in 2005, opened at Sense Spa at Rosewood London in 2015, and opened its first clinic outside the U.S. that same year. A Manchester location opened at the Gotham Hotel in 2020, and Prague followed in 2022. The London location is at Lower Ground Floor, 252 High Holborn, and the Prague clinic is in Vinohrady.

The business describes itself as Hollywood's best-kept secret, with a celebrity following from its early years. Its facial menu runs from a 30-minute express facial to combined treatments that pair peels with LED light, and clients can add reflexology during a facial. Men and women of all ages visit, and the West Hollywood location offers a complimentary medical aesthetics consultation.
