Complimentary phone, video or in-person consultations can be booked through the scheduling link. Payment plans are offered, and financing is available through Cherry Financing. Plasma fibroblast treatments start with a consultation followed by a 60-minute numbing session, and a $50 test patch is recommended. Package plans must be paid in full before treatment begins, and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and changes need at least 48 hours' notice, a change inside that window carries a $50 fee and a no-show carries a $150 fee. Arrivals 10 or more minutes late may need to reschedule. Children and pets are not allowed in the treatment room, and parking near the Oakland clinic is mostly metered street parking, so clients should allow extra time.
