The studio is run by Holly Carlson, who owns it and works as its master esthetician. She has been a licensed esthetician since 2015 and came to skincare after earlier work as a social worker and probation officer. Her practice centers on corrective skincare for acne, fine lines, scars and aging.

A visit begins with an analysis of the client's skin, and the treatment is built around their skin goals and daily life. A standard facial includes cleansing, enzyme exfoliation, extractions, a hydrating mask and a massage of the hands, arms, face, neck and scalp. For acne, the approach pairs a daily at-home routine with monthly in-office chemical peels or LED light therapy. A teen facial, a short lunch-break facial and a back facial for back acne are also on the menu.

Beyond facials, the studio offers chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, microneedling with PDRN, hydrofacials, collagen induction therapy and oxygen facials, along with several combination sessions. Body treatments, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, waxing, and removal of skin tags, broken capillaries and sebaceous hyperplasia round out the menu.
