The facial menu runs from a 35-minute kids' facial to a 1 hour 15 minute deep pore treatment. Options include a basic facial that cleanses and exfoliates, a vajacial with ingrown hair extraction and skin brightening, customized dermaplaning and microdermabrasion facials, and a men's customized facial with a deep cleanse and a three-step home routine recommendation. The Glow & Clear intro facial is aimed at first-time clients dealing with dark spots, blackheads or enlarged pores.

Waxing is offered by area, from chin and underarm waxes to full arm, full back, leg and Brazilian waxes. Several services can be bought as multi-visit passes, including Brazilian passes of three, six or twelve visits and an underarm pass. Passes are for one client only, cannot be transferred or refunded, and carry expiry terms, and each visit is still booked as usual.

A 1 on 1 wax class at $500 runs two hours and covers waxing fundamentals, pre and post care, speed waxing, sanitation and safety, marketing, etiquette and product knowledge, with a live body model. Students receive a beginner wax kit, a waxing manual, a certificate of completion and lifetime mentoring.

Appointments are booked online through the business's booking site. Hours are evenings Monday through Friday, Saturday from morning into the evening, and split hours on Sunday. Gift cards are sold on the website, and balances can be checked on the gift cards page.
