A visit starts with an in-depth facial analysis, moves into education about the skin, and closes with a customized plan for care between appointments. Clients leave with a clear idea of what to do at home as well as what happens in the chair.

The facial menu runs from a 60-minute customized facial, starting at $110 and recommended for first-time clients, to a 90-minute version at $160. Specialty facials include the Hydrating Enzyme Facial, which uses antioxidant and hydrating botanical products with gentle enzyme exfoliation, and the Instant Sculpt Facial, which combines manual massage, lymphatic drainage, gua sha and a NuFace microcurrent lift. The Ultimate ASMR Experience Facial is a 90-minute service with ice globes, jade rollers, a hair and scalp treatment and extended massage. A Cool Down seasonal facial uses a cooling mask and ice globes. The Age Management System Facial includes the NuFace Instant FaceLift and suggests LED phototherapy as an add-on. Microdermabrasion facials, a chemical peel facial and a back facial round out the menu.

The Face Reality Acne Boot Camp is a 12-week program. It is priced at $125 for a 50-minute session, plus a $50 consultation fee and a $75 first treatment. Clients are asked to use Face Reality home care products in place of their other skin care products. The business describes the results as roughly 80% from at-home care and 20% from in-person treatments, and it states that Face Reality has a 90% success rate in treating acne. Follow-up visits, ideally every two weeks during the program, are booked only for clients enrolled in the boot camp.

Several policies are worth knowing before booking. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours.
