The business has since grown into a six-suite beauty bar that rents suites to other beauty and spa professionals, so it operates both as a studio for its own services and as a space for independent practitioners.

The studio's own services center on makeup and brows. Makeup appointments come in several set looks: Resting Beat Face, a full face with no eyeshadow; Giving Face, a full face with natural eyeshadows; and GLITS AND GLAM, a longer glam look with detailed eyeshadow such as cut crease, glitter and rhinestones, with lashes included. After-hour appointments run 5 pm to 8 pm and early-bird appointments run 7 am to 9 am, both at $120, and detailed eyeshadow adds $10. Appointments before 7 am need to be arranged by contacting the studio directly. House calls are open to existing clients only, starting at $200, with the price depending on distance.

For brows, the studio offers Ombré Microshading, which places pigment into the brows to create a gradient effect, priced at $225 for about two hours. A touch-up at $75 for one hour is booked six to eight weeks after the first session to reinforce the pigment and refine the shape. The studio describes results from microshading as lasting one to three years.

Beyond appointments, Face II Face runs learning and business offerings. The Face II Face Makeup Class is a two-hour one-on-one session for beginners that covers a day look and a night look, priced at $200, and clients may bring their own makeup. An Artistry Face II Face class for aspiring artists lasts three hours and is priced at $450, and requires two models. Wedding party consultations are priced on request and are arranged by email. For people starting their own beauty businesses, the studio offers virtual Overqualified coaching consultations on Microsoft Teams, and sells an Overqualified e-book on opening a beauty bar for $25 as well as a physical business plan book.

The studio presents itself as education-minded for beauty professionals, combining its own appointments with classes, coaching and suite rental.
