About

Face Forward Aesthetics describes itself as a medical aesthetics business with eight clinics across Ohio, Nevada and Pennsylvania. Its menu is organized into wrinkle reducers, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, facials and chemical peels, medical grade skincare, and weight loss treatments, and most services are offered at several locations rather than all of them.

The practice says its care begins with listening. Each guest has a consultation to talk through goals and medical history before a customized plan is made, and the aim is to enhance a person's natural features rather than change how they look. The business also states that its providers continue their education, and it describes its results as natural-looking.

A first visit usually starts with a consultation booked through a nurse practitioner. New guests can book a 30-minute consult only or a 60-minute consult with a treatment, both with a $50 deposit. Laser and RF microneedling consultations are 30 minutes and carry the same deposit, and guests are encouraged to have a laser consult before a BBL or MOXI treatment. Every RF microneedling guest needs a 30-minute consultation that includes an ultrasound of the deeper skin layers.

Memberships are a way to spread out ongoing treatments. Radiate is listed at $99 a month and Elevate at $199 a month; both bank the full payment, which never expires, and both carry discounts on treatments and skincare. Memberships run on a three-month minimum with 30 days' notice to cancel. Elevate adds loyalty points and a yearly complimentary DiamondGlow Facial. Financing is available through Allē Payment Plans, powered by Cherry, for purchases from $200 to $10,000, subject to credit approval and beginning with a soft credit check. The practice also has a referral program and sells gift cards.

Care starts with listening, and each appointment is personalized with the goal of natural-looking results.
