Booking reserves a set time with an esthetician for the client alone, so each appointment is a one-on-one visit rather than a shared slot. To hold a time, clients pay a non-refundable deposit.

The cancellation rules are strict. Changes must be made through the email confirmation at least 24 hours before the appointment. If that window is missed, the deposit is kept even when the service has been paid in full, and the client must rebook for a later date.
