Each session is customized and uses energetic, organic products. Treatments combine lymphatic drainage, light therapy, crystal therapy, acupuncture and Reiki techniques. The signature offering, The Cure, runs about four hours and begins with a bath, then moves through acupuncture-point vibration, light therapy, a scalp treatment and crystal therapy.

To get there, guests enter through an iron gate at 46 Waltham, cross the courtyard and take the elevator to the first floor, then walk down the corridor to Suite 105. Visitors can also come in through M. Flynn Jewelry during store hours, where staff will show them to the spa. Parking passes for the 560 Harrison lot can be prepaid when booking, and the exit pass is handed over after the treatment. For appointments longer than two hours, the spa suggests the lot at East Berkeley and Shawmut Streets, since metered street parking in the South End is limited and the ParkBoston app is recommended for paying meters.

The spa carries Phyto5 (Phytobiodermie) products. Returns are accepted for a Face Facts credit only and need an RA number from Cheryl. Gift cards are sold online through the spa's Square store.
