Bridal work is the studio's main draw. Brides can start with a free 30-minute phone call to talk about availability, the look they have in mind and a personalized quote. A bride trial glam takes 60 minutes and begins with an in-depth consultation about the desired look. Trials before booking take place during in-salon hours, and pre-selected trial days are kept for booked brides. A wedding date is not held until a contract is signed and a deposit is paid. Out-of-town brides can choose a rehearsal dinner trial instead of travelling for one. The travel fee in package pricing covers up to one hour of drive time from the salon; longer drives cost an extra dollar per minute, and locations more than 1.5 hours away also require a hotel room the night before the wedding. Locations more than a four-hour drive away also require a flight. Hair services are not offered in-house, so the studio works with hair stylists for weddings. Airbrush makeup is not offered; traditional makeup is used.

Skin services include several facials, from a 30-minute Express Facial and a Custom Facial Treatment to 90-minute treatments such as the Oxygen Facial, the Healthy Aging Facial, the Acne Targeting Facial, the Dermaplane Facial and the Texture Targeting Facial. The Pumpkin Spice Facial offers a pumpkin enzyme option or a 15 percent lactic acid pumpkin peel. Chemical peels require a consultation for new clients and are best done as a series of six to eight weeks, with a discount on packages; clients follow prep and aftercare instructions. The Dermaplane Facial is not ideal for acne-prone or sensitive skin. Add-ons such as extractions, high frequency, microdermabrasion, dermaplane and the Oxygen RX mask can be added to facials.

Beyond bridal and skin work, the studio offers eyebrow tinting, eyebrow lamination, lash tints and lifts, and combined brow and lash services. Makeup options include Soft Glam, Full Glam, Natural Complexion Makeup and Halloween Makeup, which requires a $50 deposit. A Personal Makeup Lesson includes a cheat sheet and personalized product recommendations, and can include an optional shopping trip to Ulta or Sephora. Waxing covers the upper lip, chin, eyebrows and underarms, and a Skincare Routine Consultation is available for those who want guidance before buying products.
