Face By Jo is a medical aesthetics and wellness practice with two locations: one at 150-20 14th Avenue in Whitestone, NY, and one on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Medical services are provided through Bastien Medical PLLC. The practice was founded by Jordan Elisabeth Fierek, a Physician Associate who also works as its lead injector.

Botox is one of the practice's most requested services. It is used on targeted facial and neck muscles to relax them and soften fine lines and wrinkles, and the menu includes areas such as the forehead, glabellar lines, crow's feet, the lower face and chin, the masseters, and a migraine protocol. Botox is priced per unit, except the Lip Flip, which is a flat fee.

Beyond neurotoxins, the practice offers hyaluronic acid dermal fillers for volume and contour in areas including the lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, under eyes and temples, along with biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse for full facial rejuvenation and neck lines. Skin treatments include Morpheus8, which pairs microneedling with radiofrequency energy for the face and body, microneedling with SkinPen, PRP and exosome options, Lumecca IPL for hyperpigmentation, redness and visible veins, and a medium-depth medical-grade peel called the Perfect Derma Peel.

Vitamin injections given intramuscularly, including B12, Vitamin D, Glutathione and NAD+, and IV therapy with vitamins, amino acids and minerals in normal saline are also available. IV cocktails include the Meyers Cocktail, Beauty Boost, Performance and Recovery, Immunity and NAD+. Packages are available for vitamin injections.

The first consultation is free and can be held by telehealth or in person; later consultations carry a fee. Patients are asked to put a credit card on file to book, and booking a few weeks ahead is recommended.
