The menu centers on brows, lashes, facials and skin renewal. Brow options run from a simple shaping ritual to lamination and tinting, and include microblading and other permanent makeup such as lip blush and brow corrections. For lashes, the studio offers Korean lash lifts on the top or bottom lashes, curl maintenance, and a combined brow and lash ritual. Facials include a basic version, an acne facial, a chemical peel facial and a glass skin facial. Skin renewal treatments include chemical peels, Nanoinfusion and microchanneling.

Several services are scheduled on a repeating basis. Full brow maintenance is listed every two months at $79, lash curl maintenance every two months at $78.75, and the brows and lash ritual every two months at $149. The Glass Skin Ritual is listed monthly at $75, and the Nanostamp Glow Ritual every four weeks at $150. Eyebrow waxing with tint is also available.

Memberships come in three tiers: Bronze at $19 per month, Silver at $39 per month and Gold at $69 per month. Members get a discount, priority booking and member promotions, and higher tiers add larger discounts and early or VIP booking. Memberships can be canceled at any time from the client account, and Groupon, Spafinder and other vouchers don't apply to memberships or subscriptions.

Vouchers are handled differently by platform. For Groupon and ClassPass, clients book online and list the redemption code on the forms, and the studio refunds the deposit. Spafinder gift cards can cover the deposit, with the remainder paid by another method. According to the studio, it is LGBTQ+ friendly with gender-inclusive services. ClassPass lists the studio at 4.9 from 76 ratings.
