Brow work is the core of the menu. Brow waxing is described as the signature service, and options range from a simple brow wax or tweeze to combinations with lip waxing or tint. Brow lamination is offered on its own or with a tint, and both versions include a wax and take about an hour.

Lash services include a false lash application where the client brings their own lashes, and a stylist-supplied application for all-day wear. Lash tints, lash lifts, and a combined lift and tint are also available, with the lift and tint service taking the longest at about an hour and a few minutes.

Facial and waxing services are presented under separate headings. The 50-minute Cleanse, Scrub & Rub facial opens with a skin assessment, followed by a two-step cleanse, a polish to slough off dead skin, steam, a warm towel, a mask and a firm-pressure massage. Optional extras are extractions for blackheads and whiteheads where they can be reached, and an additional 10 minutes of massage. Hydrating under-eye masks made with collagen and hyaluronic acid are also sold for use at home. Waxing is offered for the chin, upper lip, ears, nose, sideburn area and underarms, either on its own or combined.

Bridal makeup and trials are arranged by consultation, and clients reach the owner directly to discuss their needs. Booking policies ask for cancellations or reschedules at least 24 hours in advance, and a 50% fee applies to missed appointments. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are no longer accommodated. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval must be completed before the appointment. Hours run Wednesday through Sunday, with the business closed Monday and Tuesday.
