Faccia Bella was opened in 2018 by Melissa Genovese as her own business, after she moved to North Carolina in 2015 and worked in several offices in the area. The studio is at 3117 Rogers Road, Suite 200, in Wake Forest.

Melissa's aesthetics career started in 2005 at a dermatology office in Westchester, NY, where she stayed for roughly a decade. Her work there focused on laser sessions, resurfacing and tightening of the skin, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion. She received her training at the Hudson Valley School of Advanced Aesthetics in New Paltz, NY.

The menu covers facials from a gentle teen option to dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and hydradermabrasion, along with a range of peels from a superficial acid and enzyme peel to a deeper TCA peel. Procell Microchanneling is offered in the skin care group, and a consultation is required before booking it. Lash lifts and lash tints are available in the lash group.
