The studio offers custom full lash sets for new and returning clients. New clients start with a consultation included in a 2 hour 15 minute appointment, and returning clients book a 2 hour session. Clients who already wear extensions from another artist are asked to book a removal and a new full set.

Lash fills are for clients who want to maintain existing extensions. Fills require at least 40% lash retention, and below that a full set is needed. Foreign lash fills are not accepted. Specialty curls, colors and textures may carry a $15 customization fee on fills, and specialty customization fees may also apply to existing client sets.

Lash removal takes off all extensions in a 30-minute appointment and includes a lash bath for natural lashes. Add-ons are available as short extras of at least 10 minutes. Monthly membership tiers, named Essential, Standard and Premier, are listed alongside the appointment services.

The business also runs an online shop for lash supplies, including lash strips, adhesives, lash trays, tools, lash shampoo and serums. Gift cards are available in set amounts or a custom amount, sent by email or text.
