Each lash set starts with a consultation in person, where the stylist helps the client choose a style that fits their eye shape, natural lashes and daily routine.

The brow menu covers tinting that defines and darkens brows, a semi-permanent henna tint with a long-lasting effect, and brow lamination that sets brow hair in place. A combined lamination and tint option is also offered.

Lash fills are priced by type and are only available within set windows after the last appointment. Mini fills are booked within a week of the previous visit, while larger fills are booked between 15 and 19 days after. Clients who return after 19 days are charged the full set price.

Teeth whitening is also offered. The studio describes its 60-minute deluxe whitening as its highest performing treatment, followed by a third 20-minute round, and a client can stop at any point if they feel sensitivity.

The studio is open Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Sundays. Appointments must be rescheduled 24 to 48 hours ahead, and no-call, no-show bookings are charged the full price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, provided the client is approved before the appointment.
