Fabio Doti Salon is a hair salon in the Financial District, run by owner and hair stylist Fabio Doti. He began his career about twenty years ago in southern Italy, then worked in salons across Paris before settling in New York City. In 2010 he began building his own brand in the Financial District, and the salon says he has kept long-lasting relationships with his clients.

The space was designed by Italian architect Matias Sagaria, whose plan leans on clean lines, a modern feel and a restrained, pure look. A visit begins with a consultation before each cut. Shampoo chairs are fitted for a relaxing massage, and haircuts take place in a reclining massage chair. Guests can choose a cappuccino or a prosecco, and a robe is offered on arrival.

Bridal hair is done in the salon after a consultation, and house calls can be arranged by appointment. The salon describes its stylists as internationally trained and says local hotels and spas recommend it. Products used across the menu include L'Oréal INOA color, Kerastase treatments, Oribe for women's cuts and Olaplex for repair.
