The menu covers lash extensions in four styles, from a natural, one-to-one Classics set to denser Mega Volume sets. Lash lifts and a lift-and-tint combination are available for clients who want their natural lashes curled and darkened without extensions. Brow services include Brow Lamination, which reshapes and sets brow hair, and Ombre Brows, a semi-permanent gradient that gives a filled-in look. Ombre Brows begins with a consultation.
Lash extension appointments start with a full consultation, customization, application and aftercare tips, and a Full Set takes about two and a half hours. Lash lift appointments are shorter, at 60 minutes, and the lift-and-tint combination runs 70 minutes. Lash rods for a lift are picked during the consultation to suit each client's natural lashes. Professional removal of lash extensions is also offered.
Clients are encouraged to book touch-ups every two to three weeks to replace extensions that have shed. Touch-ups run 60 minutes, and an extended touch-up takes 90 minutes. Booking confirmations go out by email or text, followed by further reminders before the appointment. The business runs a loyalty program called the Fab Club.
Open hours are Tuesday from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm, Thursday from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm. The studio is closed Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
